Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre (RYS 200) Teacher Training is an internationally accredited program with Yoga Alliance. Graduates who successfully complete the program are eligible to become RYT’s ® (Registered Yoga Teachers). Our Teacher Training Course is designed to deliver a comprehensive, theoretical and practical hands on training program that includes Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, anatomy, Ayurveda, adjusting, sequencing, mantra chanting, meditation and other traditional and contemporary Yoga techniques.
